This is the plant HortiLab built its current catalogue on, and it now returns as twelve regular seeds after years when collectors mostly found it feminised.
HortiLab took a sativa-leaning sister from its own Starbud and crossed her with ECSD V3, its third round of work on East Coast Sour Diesel.
Growers describe a sharp, acidic nose: pungent gas with sour citrus and a skunky, faintly floral exhale. Limonene and caryophyllene are the terpenes most often reported.
Users describe a quick, uplifting, talkative high with clear focus, and one long-time grower reported strong, long-lasting effects with little tolerance build-up. It is a daytime smoke that users often mention for stress and low mood, though sensitive users say it can feel racy.
In the garden it behaves like a sativa. One indoor grower reported roughly a threefold stretch after the switch to flower, long and strong side branches, rock-hard buds with very little leaf, good mould resistance and tolerance of cool nights, finishing in about 71 days. The breeder's spec gives 8 to 10 weeks and a medium to high yield.
