Sour lime, cool mint and a thread of gas, laid over the soft cream of a banana pie.
Oldman Green made Key Banana Pie for his Banoffee Pie reversal series, pairing the Key Lime Pie cut, the sour lime selection of Girl Scout Cookies, with phenotype #17 of his own Banana Ripple. That is the logic of the series: a Cookies cut famous for its nose, reworked around a banana mother Oldman chose himself.
The breeder's notes put lime zest at the front, then a cool mint edge and a low hum of fuel, all sitting on a Cookies terpene base. Banana Ripple gives the series its name and its creamy intent, so collectors will be watching for the plants that lean that way.
Old School rates the potency as heavy, and with the Cookies side steering the terpenes this looks more like an evening smoke than a light daytime lift. Grower and user reports are still scarce for this release, so early pack holders will be the ones writing its record.
Expect plants to stretch two to three times after the flip, so height needs thinking about in smaller rooms. The breeder gives a flowering window of 55 to 60 days, with most plants done around day 55, and calls it a high yielder at 450 to 600 g/m² indoors across its listings. It runs indoors or out, with outdoor harvests due in October in the northern hemisphere.
