Barney's Farm built Cookies Kush by crossing a selected Girl Scout Cookies phenotype with OG Kush, pairing two of California's defining modern lines in one 70% indica.
The nose is sweet lime and sour Granny Smith apple over pungent earth, and the smoke turns to mint chocolate and wood. Some plants lean instead towards cookie dough and hash.
The breeder describes a euphoric, cerebral onset that sinks into deep relaxation, and growers report a strong, long-lasting effect. It suits late afternoon into evening, when you want to feel happy without needing to do much.
Breeder figures put flowering at 55 to 60 days, with 550 to 650 g/m² indoors and up to 1,000 g a plant outdoors by the third or fourth week of September. Plants reach 90 to 110 cm inside, and the breeder calls it tolerant of difficult conditions. Growers do report real variation between seeds, from tall, sativa-leaning plants to short, fast indica types, some with purple hues, so it rewards a grower who likes to hunt for a keeper.
