Compound Genetics rated this cross highly enough to breed it into the Pave family, as one parent of Park Avenue Pave.
High Society starts with Jet Fuel Gelato, a mother the Portland team has leaned on across many releases, pollinated with Biscotti. Biscotti is usually given as Gelato #25 x South Florida OG, so Gelato turns up on both sides of the pedigree, while Jet Fuel Gelato carries diesel ancestry back through Jet Fuel and Sour Diesel.
Phenotypes split cleanly. The Biscotti leaners smell like a bakery at breakfast, all French toast, toasted nuts and cinnamon, while the Jet Fuel Gelato side runs sweeter and gassier.
Compound publishes no effect notes. Growers report a quick burst of energy that settles into a calm, alert body, and on other phenotypes a fuller, more relaxing weight, which makes it a late afternoon or evening hybrid rather than a wake and bake.
Every pack is a pheno hunt. Stretch runs from almost nothing to around double, and structure, colour and terpene expression all shift from plant to plant. The breeder figure is nine weeks of flower with a medium yield, and the breeder's description says it does better indoors or under glass than in open ground. Some growers report purple-tinted phenotypes and large, heavily frosted buds, so expect a range of looks as well as smells.
