Sweet fruit and dirty funk usually sit at opposite ends of the shelf. Shake Back drags them into the same jar.
Compound Genetics crossed Apples & Bananas, their own apple and banana fruit cut, with Black Amber, the reversed GMO x OZ Kush Bx2 line from Full Moon Genetics that anchors a new series. Plants lean towards Apples & Bananas in character but borrow Black Amber's productivity, and a journalist who sampled the line noted a lot of potential keepers.
Phenotypes split: some go kush and fuel from the Black Amber side, others sweet and fruity. Growers pick out apple and soft banana over diesel and pepper, with a faint garlic note from the GMO in the family, and the breeder sums it up as sweet, fruity funk.
Growers report a euphoric, focused high that relaxes the body without dulling the head, and some list it for stress and everyday aches.
On paper this is one of the heavier croppers in the Black Amber line. The breeder rates the yield high, with plants that fill out quickly and stack dense, well-formed buds; growers add frost, lime to dark colouring and orange pistils. Veg is average, flowering takes eight to nine weeks, and it runs indoors or out. No breeder THC figure.
