Sweet garlic on the nose and tropical citrus on the tongue: Blood Sport puts two very different worlds in one seed.

It is a collaboration between Black Tuna, from Santa Marta on Colombia's Caribbean coast, and the American breeders Always Be Flowering, who selected the Blood Oath #4 mother from GMO and GB6Trix. Black Tuna crossed her with its own Tropicanna Punch, the backbone of its Trop Punch line, aiming for the resin of the GMO side and the fruit of the Punch.

The breeder lists the aroma as sweet garlic, the savoury GMO signature, while the smoke turns fruity and bright with citrus that the breeder says blends well when burnt.

Black Tuna describes a potent, balanced effect that pairs physical ease with a clear, euphoric head. It is a recent release with few grower reports so far, so the breeder's description is the best guide for now.

The breeder rates it a medium-difficulty, sativa-leaning hybrid at about 60% sativa, finishing in 60 to 65 days with a medium harvest. It suits indoor, outdoor and greenhouse growing. The breeders picked the Blood Oath side for its heavy resin output, so expect a frosty finish.
