ZaiZai by Perfect Tree

At least four later Perfect Tree releases, Zahemi among them, trace back to this plant, and the breeder named it for a close friend.

ZaiZai joins OZ Kush, the Zkittlez and Eddy OG hybrid prized for candy-and-gas terps, with Jet A, a fuel-heavy cut built on Gelato 33. Each parent has a following of its own; together they put sweets and petrol in a single jar, which is why the house kept coming back to it as a parent.

Sweet fruit candy and peppery spice sit on top of a creamy, sour diesel base, and caryophyllene is listed as the lead terpene.

Breeder and growers describe a creative, energising head high that turns social and talkative, strong but never sedating. Save it for an afternoon with friends or a project that needs fresh ideas.

Seedlings grow into compact, bushy plants with tight internodes that take well to training, and the breeder's main tip is to build an even canopy before switching to flower. Bloom runs 60 to 63 days by the breeder's figure. Some phenotypes lean towards the Zkittlez side with very dense buds, all of them carry a heavy coat of resin, and growers report good resistance to mould and pests, with outdoor plants finishing in early to mid October in the northern hemisphere.

From Perfect Tree, the small collector-run seed company that sources standout modern hybrids worldwide and keeps only the ones with the most arresting aromas.
