Sunset Cherries by Perfect Tree

Ripe cherry, sweet cream and a low rumble of gas mark the newest branch of Perfect Tree's Cherry Tini family.

The breeder crossed Sunset Sherbet with its own Cherry Tini, a Cherry Noir x Jet A cross that has become one of the house's signature lines. The result takes its frame from the Sunset Sherbet mother and its fruit from the cherry side.

The terps run to fruit, cream, candy and gas: dark cherry and soft cream up front, a sugared middle, and fuel underneath to keep it from turning cloying.

Perfect Tree lists it as a daytime strain, with an uplifting, euphoric head and a relaxing body buzz that eases tension. Users point to it for socialising, or for winding down after a long day without losing the evening.

Expect strong branching, medium-stacked internodes and broad, slightly serrated leaves, which add up to a plant the breeder calls highly manageable. Flowering takes about eight weeks, indoors or out. The buds finish dense and colourful, shading from light green to deep purple, with orange pistils and heavy trichome cover. Yield is rated medium to high, and the breeder pitches it at both flower collectors and extract makers.

Perfect Tree is a handcrafted seed company founded by collectors, working only with modern hybrids and keeping the ones with the most memorable aromas.
