Inside Snow Globe sits a hashplant said to have left a University of Washington research programme in a student's pocket.
ABF Genetics used Gary Payton, the Cookies and Powerzzzup cut of The Y and Snowman, as the mother. The pollen came from a three-way line: UW Hashplant crossed to Dago Walker, an old forum favourite, then to Sunset Sherbet. In the breeder's telling each parent has a job, with Gary Payton for colour and resin, Sherbet for structure and the hashplant for density and toughness.
Gary Payton is known for loud diesel and a peppery bite, while Dago Walker brings skunk with tangerine and orange zest. ABF has not published a nose for Snow Globe itself, so expect gas and citrus peel in some balance, with the exact blend down to the seed.
There is no breeder effects profile yet. The Gary Payton mother is reported to land heavily in the body and last a long time, so most collectors will file this one with their evening strains.
The breeder credits UW Hashplant with strong resistance to powdery mildew and heat, and Gary Payton with purple tones and a thick layer of frost. Spec sheets list 60 to 70 days, though the breeder's description says many plants finish between day 50 and day 60, with a medium to high yield indoors or outdoors.
