It takes its name from the vodka, ginger and lime cocktail, and the nose follows the recipe: lime zest and ginger over tropical fruit and gas.
The Plug built it in two steps. Zkittlez was first crossed with GMO, the Chemdog x GSC garlic heavyweight, and that hybrid then met Papaya Dawg, a Papaya x Chemdog cross. Chemdog therefore runs through both sides of the pedigree, which explains the diesel undertow beneath all the fruit.
The breeder lists tropical fruit, ripe mango and bright citrus up front with lime and ginger, then diesel, earthy spice, skunk and a tangy bite on the finish.
The breeder expects a balanced but powerful effect: an energetic, heady start that settles into heavier, euphoric relaxation. These are the breeder's predictions for a new release, so the first grower reports are still to come.
Plants are described as vigorous, with strong side branching and dense, resin-coated buds. Flowering is listed at 8 to 9 weeks, though the breeder notes the GMO and Papaya Dawg sides may push it a little longer. Yields are medium to high, indoors or out.
