Magician's Alliance by Night Owl Seeds

Wizard's Apprentice sits on both sides of this pedigree, which makes Magician's Alliance close to a family reunion for Night Owl's best-known line.

The breeder framed it as a sequel to Magic Marathon, built the same way but with Banana OG Auto F3 as the donor. The mother is a Wizard's Apprentice F4 chosen from 12 for her spicy, earthy OG funk. The father is the indica-leaning banana reversal, shorter with larger fan leaves, and Banana OG Auto itself was bred from Banana OG and Wizard's Apprentice F3. The same donor gave 91 Bananas and Bruce Bananas.

Expect gassy OG banana with layers of lime and an odd, sweet curry funk that sets it apart from the rest of the banana family.

No effect profile has been published yet, and grow reports are few, so early growers will be the first to describe it. The breeder's only hint is that this Wizard's Apprentice mother brings extra heat to every cross she is used in.

Plants should come in medium to large and frosted all the way down to the stems. The banana side brought dense buds and a solid frame that stood up without staking. It leans sativa at about 60 per cent, finishing 75 to 85 days from sprout with 2 to 4 oz on average.

Night Owl Seeds started life in 2014 as Daz of Mephisto Genetics' side project and has grown into a label known for strange, aromatic autoflower crosses.
