Harvey Wallbanger by Night Owl Seeds

Named after the vodka, orange and vanilla liqueur cocktail, this auto tastes the part, and the breeder warns it is just as easy to overdo.

Harvey Wallbanger came out in Night Owl's 2023 Owloween release, drawn from the private stocks of Daz and his partner J. The mother was one of two standouts from 16 Orange Diesel plants, kept for her larger frame and diamond-crusted buds. The father, Cookie Smasher, is a reversal from Crinkled Cookies F2 and Bruce Banner #3 Auto, also used for Strawberry Popsicle.

The flavour runs from orange and vanilla creamsicle to orange candy coated in diesel, sweet and citrus with a fuel edge.

The breeder describes a strong head high that can blur your sense of time, wrapped in a comforting body feel. It is one for those who like sweet citrus with real weight behind it, best kept to evenings without a schedule.

Expect a sturdy, branchy plant that leans sativa at around 65 per cent. The tight clusters of candied flowers carry exceptional frost for an auto. The breeder lists 75 to 85 days from sprout, about 85 in practice, with 2 to 4 oz on average.

Night Owl Seeds is the label Daz of Mephisto Genetics founded in 2014 as a side project, home to releases such as St. Expeditus and Tropical Wiz.
