Halo Halo by Perfect Tree

Bingsu is Korean shaved ice and halo-halo is its Filipino cousin, so the name tells you this is the fruitier relative of a Perfect Tree dessert line.

The breeder unveiled a batch of new regular lines at Spannabis 2024, and Halo Halo is the exotic version of their Bingsu, itself a cross of Ice Cream Bean and Jet A. Perfect Tree hit Bingsu with its Banana Punch stud, the Banana OG and Purple Punch cross, to pull in a sweeter, fruitier side and push resin output higher.

Banana leads the nose, softened by thick cream and kept honest by a tempered gas note underneath.

This is a deeply relaxing smoke that the breeder says is not for daytime unless an afternoon nap is on the cards. Its description points to it as a good one for winding down late in the day and drifting off to sleep.

Perfect Tree pitches it as a hash plant: the right phenotype carries resin that will impress concentrate makers, and the terpene load is heavy. Twelve regular seeds give room to run a proper hunt and keep a standout mother, or a male for your own crosses. Flowering takes about eight weeks indoors, yields are medium to high, and outdoor plants finish around mid-October.
