Grapefruit Funk by Boudica Seeds

Sharp grapefruit sitting on top of skunky farmyard funk is not a pairing you meet often, and Boudica built this cross to get exactly that.

The citrus comes from Original Buddha Cheese #1, the grapefruit-forward sativa phenotype in Boudica's Cheese line, which traces back to the UK Cheese clone and an Afghani. The other half is Fat Yeti #3 from Hoku Seed Co, a Fatso by Yeti cross carrying GMO Cookies and Legend OG. Same Fat Yeti, different Cheese cut: it makes a natural pair with Fat Washer for anyone collecting the line.

On the nose it is fruity citrus over earthy, barnyard funk and old-school skunk. The flavour is sharp and savoury, with sweet grapefruit lifting a heavy, skunky base.

No effect notes have been published by the breeder yet. A sativa-leaning Cheese pheno on one side and an indica-leaning Fat Yeti on the other suggest a balanced hybrid, but that is a reading of the parents, not a promise.

Boudica describes strong, vigorous plants that finish dense, frosty golf-ball flowers with heavy trichome cover, equally at home as flower or as extraction material. Flowering runs eight to nine weeks with a medium to high yield, and it is listed for both indoor and outdoor growing.
