Granita by Perfect Tree

The breeder calls it a brain freeze, and a pack of Granita is exactly that: Gelato genetics doubled up and pointed squarely at the sofa.

It is one of the final four keepers from a Perfect Tree project that used a reversed Jet A, the Exotic Genetix cross of Gelato 33 and Tina, as the father. The mother is the team's own cut of 33 Splitter, Gelato 33 crossed with Atom Splitter, chosen for her vigour, fast rooting as a clone and a scent the breeder rates as one of a kind. Because both parents pair Gelato 33 with OG-type gas, the cross concentrates the family traits instead of diluting them. It is also one of the customer favourites in our Perfect Tree range.

The offspring throw rich Gelato terpenes, sweet sherbet cream laid over the pungent edge the mother is known for.

Perfect Tree describes it as intensely potent and best kept for night-time, the kind of smoke that sinks you into the cushions for hours. Anyone after a slow, heavy end to the evening is the natural audience.

Buds finish chunky and dense, coated in trichomes from tip to base. The breeder notes that the feminised seeds are more uniform than the regular release, with almost every phenotype carrying the same terpene profile, which makes a three-pack a steady bet. Flowering takes eight weeks, yields are high, and it suits indoor or outdoor rooms.
