Mauve to deep purple buds that smell like a sweet shop and a bakery at the same time.
Dank Genetics crossed Now N Later, a candy-flavoured line with Zkittlez in its background, with Dank Sherbert, its own Sunset Sherbert S1. The aim was dessert flavour on a plant that also produces, and the breeder's description says it manages both, pairing big, heavy colas with a flavour built for the sweet tooth.
Tropical fruit leads, followed by sugary notes that recall boiled sweets and fresh pastry.
The breeder describes a balanced effect: the body loosens while mood and creativity lift, so it works for a late afternoon as well as an evening in.
Plants are strong and vigorous, building large, dense colas with very little leaf, so trimming is quick work. Flowering runs 8 to 9 weeks in the breeder's spec, around 63 days, with outdoor plants ready in October and a medium to high yield. As it finishes, the buds can colour anywhere from mauve to dark purple under a heavy layer of resin, the kind of finish collectors look for.
