Bubble Dawg by T.H. Seeds

Forty-two packs: that is the whole run T.H. Seeds made of Bubble Dawg, and one look at the parents shows why it was worth making.

The mother is Underdawg OG, the house's OG Kush and Sour Diesel hybrid from the Chemdawg family, which took first place in the hydro category at the 2016 Spannabis Champions Cup. The father is the Original BubbleGum, the line T.H. Seeds first released in 1993, brought in to soften all that fuel with something sweeter.

The breeder sums up the result in two words, candy gas: pink bubblegum laid over heavy OG diesel, with kush spice and a sweet, earthy base underneath.

Expect a relaxing hybrid that lifts the mood first, then sinks into deep physical calm and finishes smooth rather than foggy. The breeder pitches it for evening wind-downs and unhurried creative sessions.

Indoors it reaches 120 to 140 cm, with a shorter, more manageable stretch than many tall OG hybrids, and the breeder rates it easy to moderate. A single topping and some low-stress training open the canopy well, and the heaviest colas may want support late in flower. Flowering runs 8 to 9 weeks for a breeder figure of 450 to 550 g per square metre, and the resin is pitched at ice-water hash, dry sift and rosin.

T.H. Seeds has bred in Amsterdam since 1993, having started out as the C.I.A., Cannabis In Amsterdam, an information centre.
