Blue Peach by Perfect Tree

Green, purple, silver and a deep, inky blue, sometimes all on the same flower.

Perfect Tree built Blue Peach by pairing Blue 16, a layered cross of 2 Took Blue Cookies with Please Object 4516 and Project 4510, with their own Peach Ozz reversal. They call it a frost machine, and the idea was to keep Peach Ozz's sweet fruit while picking up the punch that Blue 16 is known for.

On the nose it is sweet, fruity gas: ripe peach candy riding a fuel edge, with the Blue 16 side adding weight.

This one is not built for beginners. The breeder's description talks of a potent, narcotic body effect aimed at heavy smokers with a high tolerance who want to sink into deep relaxation, so it is very much a night-time strain, pitched squarely at shutting the day down.

Plants respond well to topping in veg, which the breeders say lifts flower production. As bloom goes on, colours break out across the buds in greens, purples, silvers and dark blue, all under a resin coat thick enough to interest extract makers. Flowering takes about 8 weeks indoors or out, with medium to high yields, and outdoor plants in the north finish in early October.
