The first time Grounded Genetics dropped Blue Bacio, in 2021, the packs were gone inside an hour, and this is the first time it has come back.

The recipe is two clone-only heavyweights. The Original Blue Sherbert cut is the mother, and the father is Bacio Gelato, the Gelato 41 selection, reversed to make feminised pollen. The breeder describes the offspring as leaning towards the Blue Sherb side, with Bacio there to add punch, density and frame.

Grounded keeps the terpene notes short, crediting the profile to Blue Sherbert, so the nose should sit in that family of sherbet sweetness and dark fruit. The finer detail is something each phenotype will reveal.

No effects profile has been published for this cross, and grower reports from the reissue are still to come. What collectors know is the pedigree: two of the most traded dessert cuts of the past decade, put together by a breeder who chose to sit on the result for years before releasing it again.

In the garden this is about the flowers. The breeder describes rock-hard buds that run from golf-ball size up to tops it compares to hand grenades, finishing deep purple under a heavy coat of resin. Expect 8 to 9 weeks of flower and a medium to high yield, indoors or out.
