Blucci OG by Grounded Genetics

Old-school OG fuel on one side, the Blucci family's creamy berry sweetness on the other: Blucci OG is built for growers who want both in one jar.

The mother is a heavily gassy cut of SFV OG crossed to Triangle Kush Bx2, two OG Kush lines with deep roots in Californian and Florida gardens. Grounded Genetics pollinated her with Blucci, its own house staple bred from Blue Sherb x Jealousy and RS11, and slots the result into the Blucci collection as the option for lovers of strong, gas-heavy flowers.

The breeder expects fuel to lead, balanced by creamy sweetness, and the Blucci side can bring blueberry, citrus and sherbet into the mix depending on the plant.

Effects have not been published by the breeder, and there are not yet enough grower reports to describe them with confidence. What can be said is that both halves of the cross were chosen for strength of aroma rather than for subtlety.

In the garden the breeder lists medium to high yields and suitability for indoor or outdoor rooms. Blucci carries a reputation for dense, colourful flowers and heavy resin, which the breeder links to interest from solventless hash makers, while the OG side tends to bring stretch and a pungent finish. Flowering time has not yet been published.

Grounded Genetics, founded by Ramone, fills its catalogue with fruit-led names such as Pink Zoda, Peach Yuzu, Lime Zoda and Nigiri.
