Two Californian cookie lines meet in V Kush, and the plant gives itself away at the end of flower when the dense buds wash over with purple.

Haute Genetique took the OGKB clone, the OG Kush Breath cut long passed between Californian growers, and crossed it with the original Strawberry Cookies from Epik Genetics. The breeder's own label for the result is a heavy cookies cross. Strawberry Cookies joins Epik Cookiez to Platinum Strawberry Kush, so a red berry thread runs beside the OG backbone, which suits a house that built its name on fruit and colour.

The breeder has not published tasting notes. Expect the parents to steer it: kushy, baked dough depth from the OGKB side, with the strawberry line laying sweetness over the top.

No effect profile has been released yet, and grower reports are still scarce, so this is a pack for collectors who like to be early. The family it comes from leans indica, and cookies crosses of this kind are usually kept for the evening rather than the morning.

In the garden the breeder describes a medium yielder with tight, dense bud structure and strong purple hues coming through late in bloom. Flowering runs 9 to 10 weeks, indoors or out.
