For this cross The Cali Connection went back to its well-known SFV OG Kush, picked for its classic OG terpenes, and dusted it with pollen from a reversed clone of Italian Ice, the #16 cut. Italian Ice is itself Forbidden Fruit over Gelato #45 and sits in the breeder's premium Gold Line. That makes Semifreddo a bridge between the San Fernando Valley fuel that built the house's name and its newer dessert work.
The breeder describes old-school skunk, kerosene and lemon. On the palate the lemon and fuel come forward together, like lemon peel and lamp oil, and the flavour coats the mouth rather than fading.
The breeder has not published effect notes for this one, so it is best treated as a flavour and resin pick. Its Italian Ice parent is reported to relax the body while keeping the mood bright and creative, which hints at an afternoon or evening smoke, though each phenotype deserves its own verdict.
