Black pepper up front, cool mint on the finish: the flavour does what the name says.

Barney's Farm crossed Stella Blue, a Blueberry-descended line prized for its peppery spice, with a Nepali Kush that pulls the plant firmly towards indica. The breeder's own summary is Stella's authentic pepper softened by the Nepali's minty aftertaste. It was always one of the quieter releases in the house catalogue and has since dropped off the current list, so few collectors will have it.

Expect cracked pepper and a sweet, candy-like mint on the nose, then menthol and a trace of vanilla on the exhale.

Smokers describe a calm, happy, relaxed state that still leaves room to focus, so it suits a slow evening rather than a lost one. Users most often mention it for stress and tension, and some for period cramps.

Breeder figures describe a short plant of 60 to 65 cm, flowering in 60 to 65 days and giving around 500 g/m² indoors. It is listed for indoor and outdoor growing, with an outdoor harvest in early October, and the low Kush frame fits a tent or a balcony without fuss. The breeder rates its CBD as very high for the line, though no figure is published, which makes it an unusual pack to hold in a Kush collection.

Barney's Farm grew out of a small Amsterdam coffeeshop that opened on the Haarlemmerstraat in 1986, with a breeder known as Derry at the helm.
