Few cuts have shaped indoor growing like Northern Lights #5, and Green Bodhi keeps one that dates back to 1989.

Here that '89 NL #5 pollen goes onto Trinity, a clone-only cultivar the breeder chose for its gassy profile. The result is a newer-style hybrid with a very old spine: modern fuel on top, a proven Afghan-leaning frame underneath. Trinity is also described as a three-way blend of Northern California lines with a sativa lean, so this pack should hold a wide spread of plants.

Expect gas first, from the Trinity side, softened by the sweet, resinous earth and faint pine that Northern Lights is known for. How the two blend will vary from seed to seed.

The breeder has not published effect notes for this cross. Reports on the Trinity clone describe a strong, long-lasting effect, while Northern Lights #5 has a long reputation among users for a settled, easy-going body calm, so expect a balance that shifts with each phenotype.

Green Bodhi credits its '89 NL5 with density and stability, and its other NL5 crosses are known for compact, solid structure and stacked flowers. Indoor reports on the Trinity cut mention hard, dense buds and generous harvests. No flowering time or yield has been published yet; the cross is listed for indoor and outdoor growing, and regular seed makes it a good choice for anyone hunting a keeper or breeding on.
