Nord Stream Gas by Ultra Genetics

OG Kush runs through every branch of Nord Stream Gas, and the name leaves no doubt about what Ultra Genetics was chasing.

The breeder crossed its Sour Grape Kush, built from Sour Diesel, OG Kush and Grapefruit, with Maharaja Kush, a mix of Mandarin, Biker Kush and Hindu Kush by way of Shiva and Dynamite. It is pitched squarely at Kush lovers, with orange fruit from the Mandarin side and fuel from the Sour Diesel side.

In the breeder's words the terps are super gassy mandarin, with the fuel holding back an orange sweetness that could otherwise overwhelm. Picture tangerine peel over diesel and old-school Kush spice.

No detailed effect profile has been published yet. A 60 to 40 indica split and Kush on all sides point towards a heavier, evening-friendly smoke, while the Sour Diesel and Grapefruit in the mother may give a brighter opening.

It flowers in nine to ten weeks with a high yield, indoors or out. Despite the indica lean, the breeder notes clear sativa traits in the plant, including long, dagger-like leaves. The Sour Grape Kush mother line is known from the breeder's own notes for big, bushy plants and resin that starts early, and the Mandarin Kush grandparent is prized for its hash.
