A Black Apple mother, a London Pound Cake stud and a cool trace of Kushmints: this is T.H. Seeds working in dark colours.
The breeders loved their Black Apple Hitchcock but wanted a louder nose and an aftertaste that stayed put, so they paired it with a London Pound Cake 75 x Kushmints 11 male. Black Apple supplies the deep, brooding hues it is known for, while the stud brings modern dessert terpenes and a minty close.
On the nose it is all fairground: green candy apple dipped in blueberry syrup, a wisp of cotton candy and a touch of mint that coats the palate after each draw.
This is the gentler side of the catalogue. The breeder calls the effect super mellow, relaxed and creative, and pitches it as an all-day smoke rather than a knockout, so think calm shoulders and a light, inventive head on an unhurried afternoon.
Indoors it grows about as wide as it is tall, compact and well proportioned, with even, dense flowers, tidy internode spacing and a strong flower to leaf ratio. Stretch is moderate at roughly 2 to 2.5 times, and the breeder recommends a single topping. Plan on 9 weeks of flower, 550 to 650 g per square metre and a height of 110 to 160 cm, with dark, diamond-bright buds that reward 12 to 14 days of drying before they go into jars.
