Banana ice cream is the note everyone mentions first, and it is why this cross earned a place in the DNA Genetics Sorbet Collection.
The breeder paired Banana OG, an indica-leaning blend of Banana and OG Kush, with Sorbet, the smooth, fruit-led line that gives the collection its name. They picked it as much for resilient growth and generous yields as for flavour, and it now sits in the range beside Strawberry Sorbet and Gelato Sorbet.
Creamy banana dominates, with fresh berry, a squeeze of sour lemon and a thread of diesel behind it. The dry aroma leans more herbal than the smoke.
The high takes a few minutes to arrive, then brings a chatty, euphoric lift, plenty of giggles and a strong appetite; some users find that first phase energising and creative. Deep relaxation follows, and users report it for winding down, easing stress and getting to sleep, so most keep it for the evening.
Medium-height plants branch out sideways on short internodes and stay compact, indoors, outdoors or under glass. Flowering takes 8 to 9 weeks, with 450 to 500 g/m² of large, dense, heavily frosted buds that hash makers will appreciate. The breeder advises good airflow and some pruning or training to keep the canopy open.
