Auto Kalashnikova by Green House Seed Co.

AK-47 structure, White Widow resin and a ruderalis clock: this is one of the oldest autoflowers Green House still lists.

The story starts with the photoperiod Kalashnikova, where the breeder crossed the AK-47 with its own White Widow to marry AK's shape and calyx form with Widow frost. To make the auto, Green House bred that plant into Green-O-Matic, its house ruderalis line, and settled on a roughly 80% indica mix with 10% each of sativa and ruderalis.

The nose is herbal and musky, gentle rather than loud, with a sweeter, fresher lift the breeder credits to Mexican and Thai ancestry; some plants turn noticeably lemony. Myrcene, beta-caryophyllene and linalool lead.

Effects arrive quickly and sit mostly in the body, medium-strong with a lighter head. The breeder suggests it for daily use and lists pain relief among the reasons medical users choose it.

Expect a short, bushy plant of 80 to 100 cm with large, dense flowers and dark leaves washed with silver. Seven weeks of bloom means about nine weeks from seed to harvest indoors, under 12 or 18 hours of light, and the breeder rates it well for sea of green and ScrOG. Outdoors it gives 80 to 100 g a plant and can run all year where nights stay above 10°C. Green House calls it easy and productive for newcomers.

Green House Seed Co., founded in Amsterdam in 1994 by Arjan Roskam and Scott Blakey, made its name with back-to-back Cup wins for Super Silver Haze in 1998 and 1999.
