Warm biscuit dough with a swirl of milky sherbet, on a plant that goes from sprout to harvest in roughly 75 days.

The photoperiod Bakers Delight is DNA Genetics' cross of an elite Cookies hybrid with Sorbet, a cut whose origins the breeder has kept quiet. For this version they brought in ruderalis, keeping the sturdy, medium frame and flower-laden branches of the original while dropping the need for a light change. It is a rare chance to hold a Cookies dessert line on a short clock.

The breeder's description builds a layered nose on a broad terpene spread: a biscuit base, then sweet, creamy, sherbet-like undertones, with resin-coated Cookie flowers that smell of doughy sorbet.

DNA describes the effect as very indica, calm and peaceful, made for winding down. Users of the photoperiod parent also report a happy, lifted start, and some say it eases aches and helps them settle for sleep.

Growers can expect a robust, medium-sized autoflower with flowers on every branch and a high yield on the breeder's rating. The full run is about 75 days from sprout, and it is suited to indoor rooms, greenhouses and outdoor plots alike. In the photoperiod original, growers note dense, bulbous buds that pick up light purple tones, so the auto is one to watch for colour late in the cycle.
