rug-burn-og-rare-dankness
Rug Burn OG by Rare Dankness

Sour enough to make your eyes water and loud enough to fill a room, Rug Burn OG is a fuel-heavy cut from Rare Dankness.

It joins Ghost OG, the celebrated Ghost cut of OG Kush, to Rare Dankness #1, the breeder's Triangle Kush based stud. Long sold as regular seed only, it has now returned as a feminised release alongside the original pack.

The breeder calls the smell extremely sour and fuel-pungent. Growers add sharp grapefruit, pine and diesel, and the taste stays sour and citrus-bright.

The breeder describes a potent, upbeat high, and users report a cerebral rush that slides into a strong body buzz and a serious appetite. Medical users mention it for stress, low mood and a flagging appetite, and most keep it for the afternoon or evening.

For all its reputation, the breeder rates it a forgiving plant for growers still learning. It flowers in 50 to 65 days by the breeder's figure and gives medium to high yields of frosty, lime-green buds with fiery orange pistils. The smell carries, so it suits a well-ventilated space.

Awards

3rd place, Hybrid (seed company), High Times Cannabis Cup, Amsterdam 2012

Lineage

Ghost OG x Rare Dankness #1

Type

Indica-dominant, 70% indica, 30% sativa

Seed type

Feminised and regular

Flowering time

50 to 65 days

Yield

Medium to high

Indoor/outdoor

Indoor and outdoor

Terpenes

Limonene, myrcene, linalool

Rare Dankness, founded in Colorado in 2010 by Scott Reach, counts Rug Burn OG among its signature strains.

Collector's notice: this pack is sold as a sealed souvenir and novelty item for adults aged 18 and over.
