Kez is one of the latest strains to drop at Carib Seed in 2021 from our esteemed up-and-coming UK breeder Spitfire Genetics. It's across using the Soursop that was bred in-house by Spitfire Genetics that they've then hit with pollen from the Peach Cubez keeper male that's another in-house breeding project.
The Soursop is a cross between the Daywrecker cut of the Original Diesel, which has been a staple in Spitfire genetic's stable for approximately 15 years since it made its way from the USA that has been crossed with the Z-Cube that was bred by Dying Breed Seeds and is a triple crossed Zkittlez. The Soursop has then been crossed with their keeper Peach Cubez male to create the Kez. The Kez grows as a towering leggy plant with a significant stretch and grows with rock-solid buds like diamonds like tall spears. The Kez buds are as hard as diamonds buds and take on a crystal-like quality thanks to the heavy trichome coverage. The terp profile produced by the Kez tends to be dominated by the Original Diesel genetics that is ripe with bright Zkittlez and peach terps, however, the overall dominant flavor profile is a beautiful zingy, sour lime and pine gas that is so moreish that you won't want to put her down.
The Peach Cubez father that Spitfire Genetics has used for their breeding projects was selected for its vigor, exotic terpene potential, and resin production. The Peach Cubez is a cross between the infamous Peach Ozz cut that made waves around Northern UK early in the Zkittlez era, now known as the @Greenbacks_grows cut, crossed with the Zcube from Dying Breed Seeds. The Peach Cubez has a lovely of sweet, overripe peaches and soapy, candied Fragrant Z terps. The original Peach Ozz had a poor yield and flimsy flowers, but the Z cube added more vigor, heavy yields, and healthy growing traits, as well as provided more potential for Z terps thanks to the Zkittlez genetics throughout the lineage. Like Z terps on steroids with a broader spectrum of terps from the Peach Cubez.
